We, the comrades of Unit 1012, will honor and remember 8-year-old
Michael Lyons who died on May 17, 1996. His killer, Robert Boyd Rhoades, a
serial killer, is currently among the 700+ on California’s Death Row.
We, the comrades of
Unit 1012: The VFFDP, will make him one of the will be one of The 82 murdered children of Unit 1012, where we
will not forget him. Let us remember how he lived and not how he died. We will

My name is Sandra Friend
I am the mother of Michael Lyons. Michael was only 8 year old, when a high risk
sexual predator kidnapped and brutally murdered him in May 1996 in Yuba City,
California. He tortured Michael for 10 hours, raped and stabbed him up to 70
times before killing him. The monster who took Michael is no stranger to the
criminal justice system. Robert Rhoades, In April, 1984, kidnapped, raped and
murdered Julie Connell in Alameda County Ca. Four days later, he robbed another
woman in San Lorenzo, CA. One year later, in April 1985, He kidnapped, robbed,
raped and tortured a woman at knifepoint in Marysville just across the bridge
from Yuba City Ca. In 1993, Rhoades sexually assaulted a 4-year-old girl in
Amador County Ca. Members of our communities, have delivered the only
punishment deserving of his crimes-the Death Penalty.
Rhoades is the poster child for the
death penalty. Can you imagine the criminals he will be able to influence if
left to live out his life in prison? He will breed a new type of criminals and
killers. It's TIME TO STAND WITH THE VICTIMS NOT THE KILLERS.. SO WHEN YOUR
CHILDREN COME TO YOU TONIGHT, HUG THEM... TELL THEM YOU LOVE THEM... LEARN FROM
THE FAMILIES THAT HAVE LOST THE MOST PRECIOUS GIFT ON THIS EARTH... OUR
CHILDREN...Just an update.... May 2015.... Prop 34 aS defeated but the fight
continues to have the monsters on Death Row Executed for the horrendous acts of
evil that they have committed against the innocent... I have and will continue
to fight and I will update everyone with the new information and would love
your continued support... I WILL FIGHT TO KEEP OUR CHILDREN SAFE FROM THE EVIL
THAT WALK OR STREETS UNTIL MY VERY LAST BREATH... FOREVER FIGHTING MIKEY..SHARE
AND SHARE AND PASS MICHAELS MESSAGES TO EVERYONE..
